With the successful global expansion for the past years we are currently looking for someone in Manila to join our Philippines Operations

 

Position : Education Advisor (Philippines)

 

We are looking for an education advisor with great potential to be a branch manager within 6 months.

 

  • The primary objective is to increase Admission Hub branding in the Philippines market and advise students for college admissions as well as communicating with Toronto headquarters.

 

  • The role is responsible for providing information, advice, support, and processing of applications for international students seeking placement in Canadian Colleges.

 

  • Promoting  Admission Hub Services and partnered Canadian colleges directly to students.

 

  • The person is responsible for supporting the achievement of country sales performance targets.

 

  • The person will also provide support and referral for students with issues other than placement, ultimately ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Counsel prospective students to identify appropriate study options including suitable courses and institutions.

 

  • Schedule and conduct phone discussions and office(zoom) meetings to accurately explain courses and program information to clients.

 

  • Ensuring student’s requirements and interest are being met. This includes advising students with respect to admission requirements, processes, and qualification options.

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships, highest level of integrity and ethics in every interaction with students and their families to ensure that the Admission Hub is regarded as a highly professional and trusted service provider.

 

  • CRM system is used to support the end-to-end counselling process including the capture and follow up of all leads and opportunities to close sales.

 

  • Maintain regular contact and activities with key accounts

 

  • File and submit applications to institutions, obtain offers and facilitate enrollments in a timely manner.                       
  • Promote Admission Hub through activities such as seminars(online/ offline) , study abroad exhibitions etc..  

          

  • Provide regular updates to line manager and Toronto headquarters to inform them of progress, challenges and / or support that may be required.

Qualification

 

  • Experience in Educational Counsellor or other industry as a Sales position for more than 3 years.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent to (Admin, Marketing, or Business Management) other courses will still be considered

 

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to multitask.

 

  • Excellence in verbal and written communication skills in English

 

  • If work from home, you need to have a stable internet connection and quiet working area in your house to do daily video calls and meetings.

 

  • Need to have access to a computer / laptop in your house

 

  • Experienced in Cold calling potential customers to increase sales.

 

  • Ability to work in different time zones from time to time for meetings with headquarter offic in Toronto,Vancouver Canada.
